| The GP-01 "Zephyranthes" was one of three powerful Mobile Suits developed by the Earth Federation's Gundam Development Project as an attempt to make sure something like Zeon wouldn't blindside them again. The GP-01 was designed for hit and run combat - race into a battlefield, strike hard and fast and then get the heck out of Dodge. The unit was also given special space equipment, thus giving it more versatility. When Anaval Gato stole the GP-02A "Physalis", rookie pilot Kou Uraki took the GP-01 and chased after him. |
